We are a yoga and Thai yoga massage school based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and have been running Thai yoga massage practitioner courses in the UK since 2005.  We keep our course sizes small and informal and with two experienced practitioners on hand you can be assured that you will get individual attention and expert tuition throughout the course.  We take time to explain and demonstrate and believe that our courses give a thorough grounding in the theory and practice of Thai yoga massage.

We are also experienced yoga teachers, taking a 'viniyoga' approach to hatha yoga.  Our week days are spent running our yoga school ‘Cheltenham Yoga’ in Cheltenham.  We run twice daily yoga classes and also weekend workshops, weekend retreats and yoga holidays in the France, Sicily and Morocco.

Our Thai yoga massage therapies are given in our central Cheltenham therapy room but we can make house calls if you are unable to get to us.
